  • Destination Selection: Selecting the perfect location in Goa was crucial. KUKU FM HR team wanted a property away from the crowded mainstream areas, prioritising a secluded and private environment with a beach for relaxation and private events. Trip and Trails addressed this challenge by meticulously researching and contacting at least 10-12 properties across Goa. Their expertise ensured they narrowed down the options to the ideal property that perfectly fit the KUKU FM’s requirements, comfortably accommodating over 200 people and offering the desired private beach access.
  • Flight Booking: Trip and Trails secured the most economical and convenient flight options for all participants, considering their locations across more than 10 Pan-India destinations. They prioritised arrival and departure times that best suited the itinerary, while negotiating the best possible deals for KUKU FM.
